How to prepare for your first appointment:
- Complete the new patient paperwork at home and bring it with you to the clinic.
- If unable to fill out your forms beforehand, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Your first appointment will last approximately an hour.
- Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for easy movement.
- Remember to bring your insurance card, photo ID, and list of current medications.
