Dr. Kolter Warner
Dr. Kolter Warner

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Kolter graduated from LSU in 2014 and obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. Since graduating in 2016, he has extensively trained in Manual Therapy and is certified in Dry Needling, an intervention that has not been available in Caldwell Parish.

Kolter enjoys working one-on-one with patients, helping to eliminate their aches and pains, and return to the activities they love. To accomplish this, he utilizes his clinical expertise in combination with hands-on manual therapy techniques and skilled exercise prescription.

Dr. Tara Warner
Dr. Tara Warner

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Tara was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. She graduated from Marshall University in 2013 with a degree in Athletic Training and then obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016. Since graduating, she has practiced exclusively in Pediatric Physical Therapy.

Tara has worked with children from birth to 21 years of age and enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions associated with, but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Gross Motor Delay, Plagiocephaly, Torticollis, Spina Bifida, Clubfoot, Concussions, and more!

Tara is passionate about working with children and their families/caregivers to maximize their full potential. She also maintains open communication with referring providers and specialists who play critical roles in a child’s support network.

Kit Warner
Kit Warner

Occupational Therapist

Kit has been practicing in the Occupational Therapy (OT) profession for over 12 years. He obtained his Master of Occupational Therapy degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) and has worked in a variety of rehab settings including outpatient, home health, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. He uses his years of clinical experience to help maximize your recovery and improve your quality of life.

Kit is very passionate about working with athletes of all sports. He is also LSVT BIG Certified, a treatment created to help people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions address walking, balance and other activities of daily living.

Blair Barnhill
Blair Barnhill

Occupational Therapist

Blair obtained her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in December 2023. She enjoys working with people of all ages and treating a variety of conditions.

Blair is especially excited about the opportunity to provide pediatric OT services locally and fulfill a need for our community. She has experience assisting children with fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, reflex integration, pediatric orthopedic injuries, ADHD, sensory deficits, autism spectrum disorder, and much more!

Maura Smith

Speech-Language Pathologist

Maura Smith obtained her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in 2015. She has been working as a SLP for 4 years and has a passion for working with pediatrics. Maura had the opportunity to take time off to be a stay-at-home mom and raise her daughters! When Maura is not working, you will find her spending time with her family and serving in their church.

Office Manager

Kelly is our Office Manager. She handles tasks related to referrals, scheduling, insurance, initial intake forms, billing, and so much more. She looks forward to facilitating a great patient experience when choosing Warner Therapy Services!

Kirstie O'Bier
Kirstie O'Bier

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Kirstie graduated from Bossier Parish Community College in 2015 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has since furthered her education at Louisiana Tech University studying Psychology, Kinesiology, and Human Nutrition for a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree obtained in 2020. Kirstie is passionate about treating the human body from all aspects.

In 2021, Kirstie became certified in LSVT BIG which is an effective treatment designed to help people with Parkinson’s Disease or other neurological disorders improve mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs). She is also a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach at Spartan Fitness.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Madison graduated from Louisiana College in 2017, obtaining her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has experience working with patients of all ages and has worked in various settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, outpatient rehabilitation, and school systems. She looks forward to serving our community by helping patients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Jennifer Wyant
Jennifer Wyant

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Jennifer Wyant graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in 2009 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She worked as a travel therapist for 11 years working in a variety of rehab settings including home health, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and school systems. She enjoys working with a variety of conditions to improve the quality of life of others.

Katy Drewett
Katy Drewett

Physical Therapist Assistant

Katy graduated from Louisiana State University of Alexandria in 2020 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in Pre-Physical Therapy. She then graduated from Louisiana Christian University and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistance in May 2023. While in PTA school, she completed clinical rotations in a skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation. During her outpatient rotation, she discovered her passion for working with athletes. She is excited to work with all ages/diagnoses and help patients get back to what they love!
