Billing and Insurance

Warner Therapy Services works with the majority of insurance carriers including Medicare, Medicaid, and various commercial insurances such Blue Cross Blue Shield, Vantage, Humana, UHC, and more!

If you are unsure whether or not we accept your insurance, or if you have questions about your benefits, please call our office at 318-936-2004.

Once we have your insurance information we can verify your benefits for you. The verification process allows us to determine if you may have a copay or provide an estimate of what you may owe once the claim is processed.

It can take the insurance company approximately 6-8 weeks to fully process a claim. After it has been processed, we will review the claim and let you know if you have a balance or a refund coming your way.
